Following The Murray River West we headed towards Swan Hill. A short detour through Gunbower State Park revealed many bush camps along the river bank. We parked up at Nugent’s Bend and setup camp.

I was retrieving some water from The Murray to wash the fine dust from our trailer when Sally caught a photo of me in a rare embarrassing moment. When retrieving water from a high bank with bucket and rope, remember to hang onto the rope.

A camp stew and some games of 500 (2 all) then off to bed. We are only travelling to Swan Hill tomorrow so a sleep in is planned for all.
